Celebrating Our LeadCon26 Speakers, Sponsors, Exhibitors & Participating Schools

AMISA was delighted to welcome school operational and academic leaders from across the Americas to Santiago, Chile, for the 2026 AMISA Leadership Conference!

It was a pleasure welcoming school leaders from across the Americas as we explored Purpose-Driven Leadership: A Map and Compass for All.

Participants engaged in inspiring keynote presentations, practical learning sessions, meaningful networking, and conversations that will continue long after the conference.

We hope you returned to your school with:

• A clearer map for navigating complexity

• A stronger compass for decision-making

• Renewed confidence to lead with intention, courage, and impact
