This three-day conference takes place annually during the month of July in Miami and addresses topics of relevance to areas within school operations. The conference is open to member and non-member schools for differing registration fees. For 2021 there will be workshops offered in lieu of a face-to-face conference.

AMISA holds an annual conference during the month of September or October in Miami for Board Members and Heads of School to explore topics and governance training relevant to our international schools. The conference is open to member and non-member schools for differing registration fees.

Heads' Retreat

AMISA holds an annual Heads' Retreat for all AMISA Heads of School. Our Heads' Retreat provides support, connections and learning experiences to support ongoing leadership throughout our region. The Retreat is open to members only.

Our annual Educators' Conference is the largest AMISA conference each year and features a main conference as well as pre-conference institutes for both teachers and administrators. Generally held in March or April, the location of our annual Educators’ Conference rotates each year throughout Latin America. The conference is open to member and non-member schools for differing registration fees.
