People management is a challenge for even the most experienced leader. That’s why this year, AASSA is bringing core people management and HR competency training to the annual Business Managers’ Institute. The meeting is designed to provide tools and strategies for improving communication, collaboration and management, and will include a format designed for participants with their own challenging people management concerns.
This Institute is designed for Business Managers, Human Resources staff, and anyone in a school leadership position.
ALL participants MUST have a laptop or wireless
device for this hands-on institute!
