Leading with Purpose: Elevating Leadership in International Schools

Sponsored by the AMISA Women in Leadership Initiative

This interactive pre-conference workshop invites participants to explore how purpose-driven leadership can elevate individuals, teams, and school communities in international contexts. Open to leaders of all genders and roles, the session focuses on aligning personal values with professional practice, examining barriers that limit leadership pathways—particularly for women—and identifying strategies that foster inclusive, empowering leadership cultures. Through reflection, dialogue, and practical planning, participants will leave with tools and an actionable roadmap to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose in their schools.

Introduction to NEASC, ACE Learning and Visitor Competencies

Facilitated by: NEASC | Site: Nido de Aguilas | Register

This workshop prepares participants to become NEASC approved accreditation visitors for international schools and includes a comprehensive overview of the NEASC protocols in action. Participants will develop an understanding of the philosophical foundations and logistical processes involved in all NEASC accreditation pathways. Aspiring visitors will be introduced to the NEASC visitor competencies which will guide development and growth of personal skills and attributes. A commitment to personal growth and a coaching mentality complements the knowledge and experience required to engage with NEASC visits and the NEASC family of schools.
