Predicting and Managing Risk: A Seminar Discussion to Mitigate International School Challenges in 2023

For international schools, there is risk in many aspects of operation, including personnel, general liability, asset protection, and political and economic challenges. This workshop educates AMISA administrators on common risks facing their schools in the coming year and educates leaders on best industry practices for managing and mitigating those risks. Your facilitator, Ricardo, will detail the 2023 forecast for risk pertaining to the COVID pandemic, political strife, economic instability, and more. He will address risk from all angles, including the social, financial, and political repercussions.   The workshop will also include an open conversation among participants to discuss other probable challenges and share their experiences and expertise. The group will have the chance to brainstorm solutions collectively with an industry expert.
