Please be aware that occasionally unauthorized third parties not affiliated with AMISA may attempt to coordinate hotel reservations by phone or email. Event Cancellation and Refund Policy Refunds will be issued before the registration deadline minus a cancellation fee of $50. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. Refunds will be issued if AMISA cancels the event. Unless otherwise requested, Members will receive refunds in the form of a Credit Memo with AMISA for use with a future AMISA service or event. All conference participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and for researching and meeting any visa, entry, and travel requirements for the country in which the conference is held. Participants should ensure their documents and plans are completed well in advance of travel.
