We are happy you will join us for the 2024 AMISA Governance Conference. Below, you will find important conference information to help you prepare for your arrival. Aside from exhibiting as a partner, registration includes access to conference keynotes, workshops, and conference meals.

CONFERENCE TRANSPORTATION

AIRPORT & TRANSFERS

  • The closest major airport to these conferences is MIA (Miami International)

  • Partner Exhibitors are responsible for arranging transfers to and from the airport to the chosen hotel

CONFERENCE MEALS

Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks are included in the conference registration for each registered partner.

DAILY COFFEE BREAKS

  • There are TWO 30-minute coffee breaks each day of the main conference.

  • Participants will visit Partner Exhibitor tables to learn more about our Partner products and services.

LUNCHTIMES

  • Partner Exhibitors may eat lunch with participants and use that time to network.

  • Some participants might also use lunchtime to visit Partner Exhibitor tables, so you might consider dividing responsibilities if there is more than one representative.

 

 

CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR LOGISTICS

REGISTRATION

  • Registration will occur in the pre-function space on the hotel's first floor.

SET-UP & TAKE DOWN TIMES

  • Set-up may begin after 1 pm on September 16th - all tables will be marked with Partner Logos.

  • The first Partner Exhibitor and Participant interaction will be 10:30 am on September 17th
  • All tables should be set up and ready to receive participants by 10:30 a.m. on September 17th
  • Take-down of tables is after 3:00 pm on September 18th

EXHIBITOR TABLES

  • One 6ft table and two chairs will be provided

  • Partners must bring their tablecloth or table covering (none will be provided)

  • Pop-up displays must be able to fit on top of the table or behind the table.

  • Tables may include product and service printed materials, takeaways, etc.

  • Tables will be marked with the company name/logo

MONITORS/DISPLAYS

  • All Partner Exhibitors are responsible for bringing any electronic monitor or display should they choose to use one at the table.

WIFI ACCESS

  • Wi-Fi access will be available for all partner exhibitors within the hotel complex.

PARKING

  • The hotel charges event parking $15 per day, and overnight parking is $29 per day for hotel guests.
