We're excited to help you prepare for a successful event. Below you'll find everything you need to know before you arrive, including schedules, interviews, transportation, hotels, and helpful tips.

REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN

Register online before the event using our quick registration form. Registration is free and helps us prepare for your arrival.

Check in at the registration desk when you arrive. If you didn't register in advance, you can complete the registration form on-site.

Pick up your candidate badge and head into the Job Fair & Expo.

Follow the event signage for directions and helpful tips as you explore the expo and connect with schools.

Check in at the registration desk, receive your candidate badge, and get ready to explore the event.

Explore the Expo & Meet Schools
Visit participating schools throughout the expo to learn about international education, discover career opportunities, ask questions, and connect with recruiters. Explore at your own pace and spend more time with the schools that interest you most.

Interview (If Invited)
Some schools may invite candidates to interview during the event. Interview invitations are extended at each school's discretion and may take place throughout the day.

Continue Networking
Even if you aren't interviewing, continue visiting schools, attending sessions, and learning more about international education. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a lasting impression.

Schools will have information about their current openings at their tables.

You are not required to have a profile in the AMISA database to attend the Expo and Career Fair, but to view a comprehensive list of current vacancies before the fair, create a candidate profile in the AMISA database.

The database is free to use and will help you identify schools of interest, and arrive at the fair prepared for meaningful conversations with recruiters.
Accepted a Position? Let Us Know!

Once hired, please inform us of the accepted position by completing the Hire Notification Form. We will ask the school for verification.

Your update helps us keep our records current, celebrate your success, and better serve future candidates and schools.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
-
Candidates are responsible for arranging their own travel arrangements for the Job Fair. This includes airfare, airport transfers, and daily transportation to and from the event.

Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare options are available in Miami.
-
The University of Miami campus is located approximately 20-30 minutes away from Miami International Airport.

Please allow time for parking and check-in.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Candidates are responsible for arranging all lodging for the Job Fair. Discounted hotel rates will be provided (COMING SOON).

Review your AMISA profile and ensure all information is up to date.Most recruiters will review Candidate's AMISA file prior to the event. This will help employers get a better sense of your qualifications.
