About the Event
In the aftermath of the pandemic, educators are facing unprecedented challenges, including a rise in global learning poverty (World Bank, 2022), escalating mental health issues, and increased anxiety and depression among youth (U.S. Surgeon General, 2023, OECD, 2022). These challenges underscore the need to cultivate young people's ability to approach problems using an entrepreneurial mindset. Entrepreneurial skills go beyond venture creation—they play a vital role in fostering social-emotional growth, improving academic outcomes, building agency and resilience, and promoting mental well-being (UNICEF).
Money alone will not address the complex challenges facing young people today (OECD, 2023). Your role as an educator is critical in cultivating your students' agency, grit, resilience, and entrepreneurial mindset. Join us to learn WHY and HOW you can empower your students to become tomorrow's changemakers using an entrepreneurial mindset.
This workshop is offered in partnership with AMISA and is open to all current AMISA members.
