EDCON23 PARTNER PAGE
We are happy you will be joining us for the 2023 AMISA Educators' Conference. Below you will find important conference information to help you prepare for arrival in Guatemala. Aside from exhibiting as a partner, registration includes access to conference keynotes and workshops, as well as conference meals.
AIRPORT & TRANSFERS
The largest airport in Guatemala City is GUA - most participants will fly into this airport
Partner Exhibitors are responsible for arranging transfers to and from the airport to the chosen hotel
TO AND FROM THE HOST SCHOOL
Busses will operate on a route between the school and the designated conference hotels each morning and each afternoon for all participants and partner exhibitors
Participants are responsible for their own transportation if they are not staying along the route passing by the designated conference hotels, or if they do not take conference transportation during designated operating hours (taxi and UBER are options)
A list of conference hotels can be found HERE. These hotels have offered a special rate for AMISA Educators' Conference participants. Book as soon as possible, as rooms are on a first-come first-served basis. Partners should contact the hotels directly with any questions.
Lunch and coffee breaks are included in the conference registration for the three days of the conference. There will be vegetarian options each day for those that do not eat meat protein; however if you have a specific dietary need, please email Terri Williams at firstname.lastname@example.org.
