EDCON24 PARTNER PAGE

We are happy you will join us for the 2024 AMISA Educators' Conference.
Below is important conference information to help you prepare for your arrival in Asuncion. Aside from exhibiting as a partner, registration includes access to conference keynotes, workshops, and conference meals.

CONFERENCE TRANSPORTATION

AIRPORT & TRANSFERS

  • The largest airport in Asuncion Airport is ASU - most participants will fly into this airport.

  • Partner Exhibitors are responsible for arranging transfers to and from the airport to the chosen hotel.

TO AND FROM THE HOST SCHOOL

  • Busses will operate on a route between the designated conference hotels and the school each morning and each afternoon for all participants and partner exhibitors.

  • Participants are responsible for their transportation if they are not staying along the route passing by the designated conference hotels or if they do not take conference transportation during designated operating hours (taxi and UBER are options)

CONFERENCE HOTELS

A list of conference hotels can be found HERE. These hotels have offered a special rate for AMISA Educators' Conference participants. Book as soon as possible, as rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis. Partners should contact the hotels directly with any questions.

CONFERENCE MEALS

Lunch and coffee breaks are included in the conference registration for the three days of the conference. There will be vegetarian options daily for those who do not eat meat protein; however, if you have a specific dietary need, please email Terri Williams at terri@amisa.us.

CONFERENCE PARTNER EXHIBITOR & PARTICIPANT CONTACT

DAILY COFFEE BREAKS

  • There are TWO 30-minute coffee breaks on Days 1 and 2 and ONE 30-minute coffee break in the morning on Day 3

  • Participants will visit Partner Exhibitor tables to learn more about our Partner products and services.

LUNCH TIMES
