The Online Safety Badge is a Level II Child Protection workshop given by ICMEC trainers. Participants will engage in a 120 minute workshop will discuss various forms of online child sexual violence, exploitation, and bullying, examining child vulnerabilities and potential indicators of online maltreatment. Also touched upon will be the dynamics of online sexual abuse and exploitation, and the health and mental health impact of these forms of harm. Finally, participants will discuss online safety practices and strategies schools and families can employ to minimize online abuse.

How to Earn the Badge:

• Complete the online session

• Complete the ICMEC Exit Ticket at the end of the session

• Complete the AMISA Learning Survey at the end of course
