We are happy you will be joining us for the 2023 AMISA Operations Conference Below you will find important conference information to help you prepare for arrival. Aside from exhibiting as a partner, registration includes access to conference keynotes and workshops, as well as conference meals.

CONFERENCE TRANSPORTATION

AIRPORT & TRANSFERS

  • The closest major airport to these conferences is MIA (Miami International)

  • Partner Exhibitors are responsible for arranging transfers to and from the airport to chosen hotel

CONFERENCE MEALS

Lunch and coffee breaks are included in the conference registration for each registered partner. Breakfast is included in the room rate for all participants staying in the hotel. If you are not staying in the hotel, breakfast is not included.

CONFERENCE PARTNER EXHIBITOR & PARTICIPANT CONTACT

 

DAILY COFFEE BREAKS

  • There are TWO 15-minute coffee breaks Days 1 & 2 & 3 

  • Participants will visit Partner Exhibitor tables to learn more about our Partner products and services

LUNCH TIMES

  • Partner Exhibitors may eat lunch with participants and use that time to network

  • Some participants might also use lunch time to visit Partner Exhibitor tables, so if there are more than one representative you might consider dividing responsibilities

 

 

CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR LOGISTICS

REGISTRATION

  • Registration will take place on the 2nd floor of the hotel at 7:00am on June 28

SET-UP & TAKE DOWN TIMES

  • Set-up may begin after 2pm on June 27  - all tables will be marked with Exhibitor Logos

  • Tables will be located in Salon B on the 2nd Floor

  • The first Partner Exhibitor and Participant interaction will be 10:30am on June 28
  • All tables should be set-up and ready to receive participants by 10:30am on June 28
  • Take-down of tables is after 3:00pm on June 30

EXHIBITOR TABLES

  • One 6ft table and two chairs will be provided

  • Partners must bring own tablecloth or table covering (none will be provided)

  • Pop-up displays must be able to fit on top of the table or behind the table

  • Tables may include product and service printed materials, takeaways, etc.

  • Tables will be marked with company name/logo

MONITORS/DISPLAYS

  • All Partner Exhibitors are responsible for bringing any electronic monitor or display should they choose to use one at the table.

ELECTRICAL OUTLETS

  • There will be limited access to electrical outlets. There is no guarantee that each table will have access to an electrical outlet. Charging stations will be available.

 

WIFI ACCESS

  • One WIFI access code will be available for each company/organization each day of the conference

PARKING

  • Event parking rates are $15+ tax per day at the hotel. For guests staying at the hotel the rate is $25+ tax per day for overnight parking.

CONFERENCE SHIPPING

If you are needing to ship any materials to the conference hotel, you must contact DEENA GANNON at: Deena.Gannon@mdmusa.com.She is the conference contact. Please note their may be a charge associated with shipping, so please make sure to inquire with her prior to making the arrangements. There is a $10 receiving fee per package.
